Service/Procedure Summary

The Division of Neurology at Dalhousie University is located at the QEII Health Sciences Centre with an in-patient service along with numerous ambulatory clinics and an electrodiagnostic lab (EEGs & EMGs).  The clinics are for evaluation of patients with general neurologic symptoms but also for patients with many different types of subspecialty neruologic problems.  Outreach clinics are held at Cobequid Health Centre, the South Shore Regional Hospital (Bridgewater), Aberdeen Hospital (New Glasgow) and St. Martha’s Hospital (Antigonish).

The wait time is for new patients and is based on the time between when the referral was received by the division and the appointment date of the patient.
