Service/Procedure Summary
The Division of Nephrology at Dalhousie University provides nephrologic care to the patients of Prince Edward Island, as well as all regions of Nova Scotia with the exception of Cape Breton. Services provided include consultative care, pre-dialysis follow-up and education, coordination of Home Dialysis across Nova Scotia and PEI, both peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis.
The wait time is for new patients and is based on the time between when the referral was received by the division and the appointment date of the patient.
